　　1： When adjusting the mold, try to use manual operation instead of manual operation.

　　2： Start the punching machine and conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure that all parts, including the clutch, brake, slider, etc., are functioning properly, the operating mechanism is reliable, and there is no continuous punching phenomenon.

　　3： Prepare several sets of pressure plates and T-head pressure plate screws for use with the mold. The front end of the pressing plate should not touch the straight wall of the lower mold. Sandcloth should be placed between the contact surfaces, and the screws must be tightened.

　　4： To improve the punching performance of the substrate, the paper substrate needs to be preheated. Its temperature should be between 70 and 90 ℃.

　　5： Select a punching machine (including type and tonnage) based on the punching force calculated by the mold design, mold size, closing height, etc.

　　6： The pad iron under the stamping die is usually 2 pieces, which must be ground simultaneously on the grinder to ensure that the mold is installed parallel and vertical. The placement of the pad iron should not hinder the material falling, but also be as close to the center of the mold as possible.

　　7： When installing the mold, be very careful not to touch the screws and nuts on the lower mold (the upper mold descends and closes)
