1. During the production process, loose materials may be generated due to equipment and other factors. Therefore, during the operation process, the operator should check the material step distance before pasting and when taking over the shift. Each time the garbage is poured, the throwing box and garbage bin should be checked to collect the loose materials. At the same time, excessive abnormal situations of loose materials should be reported to the line leader.
2. Classify the bulk materials according to the appearance of the components, and verify the back pattern of the components to determine the material code. Then, package the verified bulk materials in an anti-static bulk box or bag, and mark the material code with the signature of the confirming person.
3. The loose materials generated on duty should be loaded 1 hour before work or when there are still 100 pieces left on the task order. When the loose materials are online, the operator first checks the material code and back texture one by one to confirm that the materials are used correctly. Then, fill out the "SMT Bulk Material Process Information Transfer Form" and notify the furnace front and inspection, furnace front QC, furnace back QC, and line leader after the inspection is approved.
4. When manual pasting is used, the operator should omit it on the pasting machine and mark it with "Omitted Red XX" to ensure a clear state in front of the furnace. When QC starts pasting a piece of loose material in front of the furnace, the prototype should be checked, with a focus on checking the back texture and polarity (loose materials must be checked one by one)
When using machine mounting, the operator should first verify whether the back pattern of the components is consistent with the normal material, and then load the FEEDER strip. Each load should not exceed 5 pieces, check the polarity of the material, and mark it properly. The operator should conduct post installation inspections with the QC in front of the furnace to ensure proper installation. At the same time, the QC in front of the furnace should attach labels to the PCBA and label it with loose materials.
6. After the furnace, QC should focus on checking whether the back grain and polarity of the PCBA with loose material markings are correct. At the same time, the barcode of the PCBA should be scanned in the MC system and a continuous and terminated plate number should be entered, and "loose material XX" should be filled in the remarks.
