      ① Construction: The output of the DC charging station consists of 9 wires, including "ground wire PE, DC power lines DC+and DE -, communication lines S+and S -, low-voltage auxiliary lines A+and A -, and charging connection confirmation lines CC1 and CC2". The DC charging station is used to charge electric vehicles through 9 wires.

      ② Confirmation of electric vehicle charging interface connection: An important part of the charging pile principle is "interface connection confirmation". After inserting the DC charging pile charging gun into the electric vehicle charging motor port, the charging pile monitoring point will detect the voltage situation. When a voltage of 4V is detected, the charging pile will judge that the charging interface connection is successful, and lock the electronic lock in the charging gun to prevent it from falling off.

      ③ DC charging station self check: After the charging station port is successfully connected, the K3 and K4 switches are closed to allow the low-voltage auxiliary circuit to conduct and supply power to the electric vehicle control device. After the electric vehicle receives power, it will determine whether the interface is connected based on the low voltage at the monitoring point. If the voltage is 6V, the car will periodically send a handshake message, and then close the K1 and K2 switches for insulation monitoring, Check the insulation performance of DC lines to ensure the safety of the charging process. After the insulation test is completed, connect the relief circuit to release energy and disconnect the K1 and K2 switches.
